What we bring to the job
Professional-grade tools matter — they decide whether your space gets surface-cleaned or actually restored. Here's the gear we use on every carpet cleaning job.
How we do it
Same six-step process every time, so you know exactly what to expect.
- 1Vacuum + inspectionDry soil removed first — up to 85% of carpet soil is dry particulate. We identify fiber type and any pre-existing damage.
- 2Pre-spray + dwell timeBotanical pre-spray applied to every high-traffic area, pet zone, and visible stain. Given proper dwell time to break soil bonds.
- 3Rotary + wand extractionHigh-traffic lanes hit with rotary extractor, balance of carpet with hot-water wand. Hot water + pressure = fibers reset.
- 4Spot workRemaining stains treated with correct chemistry for the soil type. Honest up front if anything is permanent — we never over-promise.
- 5Groom + speed-dryCarpet groomed, air movers placed. Most jobs walkable in 2 hours, fully dry in 4–6.
- 6WalkthroughYou see the before/after, we review care instructions, and leave protectors under furniture if requested.

Questions we get
How long until I can walk on it?
Usually 2 hours for light foot traffic with shoes off or socks. Fully dry in 4–6 hours with air movers running. We never leave carpets soaked.
Will it get rid of pet smells?
Surface odors yes. If urine has soaked through the pad into the subfloor, we need a dedicated pet-odor treatment (sub-floor sealing) — we will tell you honestly which level you need.
Can you remove old stains?
Most soil comes out. Some stains (permanent dye bleach, rust through backing, burn marks) cannot. We do a test area first on unusual stains before committing.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture yes. Heavy pieces (china cabinets, pianos, beds with drawers) we clean around unless moved in advance — we don't want to scratch your floors.
