Disinfection Services

Wiping a counter is not disinfection. We pre-clean every surface, then apply an EPA-registered disinfectant with electrostatic sprayers so it wraps around door handles, rails, keyboards and chair backs — and we verify the result with ATP swabs before we leave.

Equipment

What we bring to the job

Professional-grade tools matter — they decide whether your space gets surface-cleaned or actually restored. Here's the gear we use on every disinfection services job.

Electrostatic Sprayers
Charged droplets wrap around and cling to every side of an object — handles, rails, undersides — instead of landing only where you aim. Full-room coverage in a fraction of the time of hand wiping.
EPA List N Disinfectants
Hospital-grade products registered with the EPA for use against viruses and bacteria, applied at the label contact time. Botanical, low-odor options for daycares, seniors and sensitive occupants.
ULV Cold Fogger
Ultra-low-volume fogging reaches open areas, ceilings and soft surfaces that sprayers cannot — used for whole-space treatments after an outbreak.
HEPA Vacuums + Color-Coded Microfiber
Disinfectants only work on clean surfaces. Every job starts with HEPA vacuuming and a fresh microfiber system so nothing moves from a restroom to a kitchen.
ATP Surface Meter
A swab-and-read test that measures biological residue in seconds. We test high-touch points before and after so you see the number, not just a promise.
Full PPE + Containment
Gloves, respirators and suits for the crew, plus signage and zone control so your staff or family knows where we are working.
Process

How we do it

Same six-step process every time, so you know exactly what to expect.

  1. 1
    Walkthrough + high-touch map
We list every high-touch surface in the space — handles, switches, rails, desks, shared equipment — and agree on the scope before we start.
  2. 2
    HEPA pre-clean
Vacuum and wipe first. Dust, grease and soil deactivate disinfectants, so we remove them before anything is applied.
  3. 3
    Electrostatic application
EPA List N disinfectant applied with electrostatic sprayers across the mapped surfaces, room by room.
  4. 4
    Full contact time
Every product has a required wet time on the label. We let it work — we do not wipe it off early to save minutes.
  5. 5
    ATP verification
Swab tests on a sample of high-touch points confirm the surfaces are clean to a measurable standard.
  6. 6
    Report + schedule
Photo log, product data sheets and ATP readings delivered. Recurring weekly or monthly service available for businesses.

FAQ

Questions we get

What is the difference between cleaning and disinfecting?

Cleaning removes dirt and germs from a surface. Disinfecting kills the germs that remain. Both steps are required — disinfecting a dirty surface does not work, which is why every job starts with a HEPA pre-clean.

Is it safe for kids, pets and people with asthma?

Yes. We offer botanical, low-odor EPA List N products for daycares, schools and homes with sensitive occupants, and the space can be re-entered once the product dries — usually within an hour.

Do you offer recurring service for businesses?

Yes. Offices, gyms, salons, medical waiting rooms and daycares usually book weekly or monthly high-touch disinfection. We provide a certificate of service after each visit.

Can you disinfect after someone in the house was sick?

That is one of the most common calls we get. We treat bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and shared surfaces the same day when possible. For confirmed outbreaks in a business, see our Decontamination service.
