What we bring to the job
Professional-grade tools matter — they decide whether your space gets surface-cleaned or actually restored. Here's the gear we use on every water damage mitigation job.
How we do it
Same six-step process every time, so you know exactly what to expect.
- 1Emergency dispatchSame-day response across Greater Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Fast response is what saves the most material.
- 2Source stop + safetyIf the leak is still flowing, we coordinate the shut-off. Power to wet areas cut for safety. Category 2/3 water (gray/black) gets PPE treatment from the start.
- 3Water extractionStanding water pulled with truckmount extractor. Wet carpet lifted; ruined pad removed. Wet building materials identified for dry or demo decision.
- 4Moisture mappingThermal imaging + pinless meter readings map the full affected area. We chart every wet wall, baseboard, and ceiling — so drying is complete, not partial.
- 5Drying chamberAir movers + LGR dehumidifiers placed to industry-standard calculations. Runs 24/7 with daily moisture readings logged until every material is at dry standard.
- 6Clearance + reportMoisture readings back to baseline documented. Photo report, drying logs, and insurance-ready scope delivered — so your claim closes smoothly.

Questions we get
How fast can you get there?
Same-day across Greater Boston, Essex, Suffolk, and the Merrimack Valley. For active leaks and major floods we dispatch within hours. Call (855) 723-3808 and we confirm the window on the phone.
Will I need to move out?
Most residential jobs you stay in the home — we just isolate and dry affected rooms. Major events (whole-floor flood, sewage backup) may require temporary relocation for safety and odor.
How long does drying take?
Most residential jobs 3–5 days with proper equipment. Hardwood floors and plaster walls take longer. Factors: category of water, materials, ventilation, time elapsed before mitigation started.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We document everything — photos, moisture maps, drying logs, scope — in the format your adjuster needs. We can bill insurance directly on approved claims.
